* In light of the pending transaction, TEGNA will not host an earnings conference call on November 9, 2022, but will issue a press release that will be filed with the SEC, released to news outlets and wire services and posted on TEGNA’s Investor Relations website at investors.TEGNA.com.
As a result of the pending transaction and as previously announced, TEGNA expects to continue to pay its regular quarterly dividend through the closing of the transaction and suspended share repurchases under our previously announced share repurchase program.
